I don't think cleavers would work well on that hull mirage+ would probably be your best choice for a 23 what rpms are you at with 21s and what props do you have now

my 320efi engines were 5200-5400 with a rev limit at 5600 and with 21mirge + it was right around 5200 with not knowing what props you have makes it a little harder if you have regular mirage props the + would bring down your rpm a little . I'm sure if you check the scarab section they could help you with what works the best for your application

Like was said you do not want cleavers, Mirage will probably work best on your boat. Are both tachs reading the same? There is a switch on the back of some of them for 4,6,8 cyd. Also what is the top speed on GPS and you outdrive gear ratio?

I have same setup ....the 14 1/2 21 Quicksilver 48 13702A4021P ran about 5800+RPM. (Have one for sale is only reason I know p/n )

I had the 21s cupped and dropped maybe 50-100 RPM.

I went to a 23 and top RPM about 5400....and 75mph

Tried a friends cleavers from an identical 28 with big blocks and.... way too much transom lift for me with the boat rear "walking" around corners. Same Hull different weight I assume...

Whats wrong with 5400RPM?

Do the props you have now have (PVS)holes between the blades? Are they solid hub, or Flo-torq(plastic)? This will help us determine what you have now, and Yes, the Mirage Plus will drop the RPM over the regular Mirage, I agree, mirage(or plus) would be the best prop.

Sorry I was away snowmobiling.. They say the 94 350 mags should run 44-4800 rpm.. the alpha 1 drives are supposed to be 1.50 ratio... the props are plain stainless with no holes and I think they have a solid hub.. I adjust the throttles so the tachs are the same and they are both close to the same position.. Thanks

Is there a prop shop around you that have demo props, then go there. Try and post this in the prop section.
