Thumbs up Shop Tour: POTTER PERFORMANCE ENGINES

Another Gulf Coast stop on my 2011 Shop Tour was at Potter Performance Engines

When I first walked into this place I felt I forgot my scrubs !

This shop by far was the most cleanliness of all shops I have ever been in ! I am not just talking about the Office or the Engine Assembly Room, but their Rigging Shop as well !

Everything was well organized and in its place.
Ron Potter actually said he wasn't done with the place just yet.
He has plans to have the Rigging Shop floor Epoxy Coated to look like marble... Gives me another reason to make a trip back there !!

Well, don't take my word for it, check out the Shop Tour of Potter Performance Engines.

That's nice to see. Never understood the sloppy engine shops with coffee cups and can filled with half empty liquids and parts strewn everywhere. Engines should be worked on in a clean, organized environment.

Great Pics.
I was at Ron's old shop back in 2007 and I felt guilty wearing old sneakers into it! I have not been to his new place yet but by the pics I can tell it is as well kept as his old place!
Being a volunteer EMT on an ambulance squad for 20+ years, I can tell you there is not one hospital I have been in that was even close to as clean and organized as Ron's Place. His engines are just amazing too!
Oh, and he is a really nice guy to boot!
