Default holley jet sizing.... curious what others are running

i have a 95 intruder 217... everything is running the best it ever has since the motor replacement...

like previously stated it is a 1998 502 roller cam motor that is all stock with a dui distributor and a holley 9022 carb and a blue electiric pump...

just curious what people run for jets in similar aplications.

everything is basically stock in my motor and carb
timing is spot on between 34-36 runs starts drives great... just thinking about upping the secondaries a size or 2

I run, and many of the gys i boat with, run stock hp500 jetting on 454/425hp and 502/415hp motors. Works well, tad on rich side but works, must run a dart single plane intake or a hardin hp500 clone one.

the stock Merc jetting on the HP 500 carb is: 81 on the port primary, 75 on the stb primary, 89 on the port secondary and 93 on the stb secondary. powervalve 6.5, but i run a 4.5.....rear blocked.

merc does it because the runner tubes on the intake are different length, different temp depending on location.....alot of the time the rear cylinders run hot, furthest away from circ pump, thermostat.

so technically it could be more efficent to run that way....

any opinions on if i should change mine to be set up like this? Or potentially if it would help my cause or run better this way?

maybe a size smaller on all 4 corners?

also.... my intake is neither of the ones you listed but it is an air gap style single plane with a tall neck.... it was actually for my efi set up that came with the replacement motor i bought... it has the holes for the injectors and everything that i momentarily plugged with steel freeze plugs until i get a chance to make the efi work this winter..... dont have any issues with it though
