Florida Condos
We live about 45 minutes from the Kansas City International Airport and hate the winters here.
We would like to buy a condo in Florida, somewhere close to Ft. Lauderdale (cheap non stop Southwest Airline flight).
I would like your input on location, location, location!
The short term plan would be to use the property various weekends in Jan, Feb, and March with some investment income in the interim.
I would want to be near the offshore boating scene as well. I plan on transporting my boat to the area November-April as it is too cold to boat here.
Thanks for your help!

Thanks guys!!
Happy to help in any way possible. If you're thinking Delray to Ft. Lauderdale that is my "sweet spot" and I can definitely help.
If other areas I can certainly give advice and refer you to some great people.
Call or email anytime.

Don't forget about the Sarasota area. Cheap flights into srq. Awesome year round boating and in my opinion a lot more boating as in bays etc. You have all the way from cape coral to Clearwater/Tampa area. Plus the water seems to be calmer more of the year. Check it out plus remember siesta key is considered the best beach in America. Thought that was a real estate gimmick until I looked it up. Amazing area so I moved there(;
