Default pluming a sea strainer

Hey guys can I run two water sources too the strainer? (Drive & bottom hull pick up) I know there is a fitting on the strainer for it. Know way if the out drive has more psi it would push water out the bottom of the boat and not to the pump/motor is there? Looking for more water and psi. I have a dump coming out of strainer to so if needed could bleed some off.

Thank u
