Do a search here on OSO. I remember a thread talking about these hulls. If I'm not mistaken Craig Barrie was involved in the conversation. They didn't make many, 11 or 12 perhaps. Nice, rare boat- can you post some pics?
Good luck with it.

i was wondering the same thing. these boats pre-date where you can tell year and length (at least what manufacturer said was length) from the hull id number. somebody hangs a platform on a 20 and somebody else says it is a 21. guy with boat next to me (37 or 38 silverton) calls it a 43 cuz of platform and pulpit.

I worked at cigarette with Don in the early 70S. the 20' cigarette was molded from a 19' glastron, and we pushed the sides out to widen the hull then built that deck with the water ski box in front of the windshield . two buckets in front and a bench in the rear. Chris craft v8 chevy with volvo drive. a few we installed Harden Marine v8s with a berkley water jet. not sure I think , less than 25 units built total. 60 miles an hour maybe . Knocky House and my self rigged most of these along with the 28 open style cigarette.later we made the 28 ss deck also. sonny miller
