Default Drop in power 600-700hp

I am considering having a new boat built and furnishing my own power. Does anyone have a single engine in the 600-700hp range that is drop in ready? it doesn't have to be new, but it would have to be very low hour and look and perform like new. Must be EFI.

Excuse me for being self serving, but you couldn't beat this deal - and it's port fuel injected. A 2005 model year so it's not too old. Check it out, the drive train cost $90k to build.

It was built by a company called Tom Fuel. They did a lot of top fuel hydros. No longer around. With the quality of many used boats, buying new can be expensive
