Default anyone have an '82 40' Excalibur Hawk?

Does anyone out there have one of these boats? We are in
the process of bringing the one I have back to life and running
into some problems... thanks!

ok.... we just needed to know where the fresh water hold tank is and the best way to get to it. The line that feeds the sink is clogged up and a fish tape won't unclog it so we need to get to it. We believe it's underneath the teak wood floor and need to know a good way to pull that up as well without destroying it.

My cabin has been completely reconfigured, and there's no longer a sink. But I can do some digging today and let you know the best way to get to the water tank. Btw, don't just reach up and put fuel in the boat at a gas station..... Make sure the nozzle is in the fuel fill not water..... Doh!!!

I had a 82 hawk. I don't remember where the water tank was for the life of me. If indeed it is under the cockpit teak floor, Id probably get another tank and mount it somewhere else rather than pulling the floor up. That would be a project.

Is there water in it now? Maybe you can try putting some compressed air back into the line to break the clog free?

i used a pressure washer to unclog them,,works good with the million little air bubbles to wash the line out..first check the filter at the pump,,they get clogged with mold!
