Default Drives trim in/out in different speeds?

Hi guys!

I have a small issue with my drives.

When I trim out they go at the same speed but when I trim them in the starboard is much slower.

Port side trims out/in at the same speed, starboard trims out at the same speed as port but when trimming in it slowly slowly comes down.

Where do I begin to fail search?

The pump makes this screaming sound when triming starboard in.
Can the ram be bad in just one way?

Oil looks plenty and good, no corrosion on contacts..
(should be a problem due to trim out works perfect)

Default

starboard trim rams need resealed. inside o-ring leaks a little and puts pressure on both sides of the piston...takes a LOT of pump pressure to raise drive cuz it is fighting ALL of the engine power at the same time. in takes very little cuz engine is pushing them down...so down is always the direction that fails.
