Default 525's Running Hot

A buddy of mine just bought a used (2004) boat with 525's. Replaced sea pump impellers but engines seem to be running on the warm side. Under WOT one engine hits 190 and the other around 170. They seem to run great and no alarms. Any thoughts on what might be causing the gap in operating temps? I assume gauges are correct but as next step will verify.

Thanks in advance

Look at back-flushing the oil cooler. May have an obstruction. Fix my same issues years ago on the old boat
