If you jump on the Scream & Fly forum speak to Frank Mole. He specialises in long distance boat purchase and haulage. He will check out the boat for you and speak by phone to you while looking over the boat. If all is good he will pay for the boat and collect it. It is one hell of a service, he is absolutely trustworthy and with reasonable cost.

I used his service when I purchased a Wellcraft Nova. As you can see I live in New Zealand so for me the level of trust was huge. So I sent the money to him and when I found a boat I was interested in he would check it out for me. I am very pleased with the boat I now have.

I cannot speak highly enough of Franks integrity, and service. Please PM me if you want any further assistance. Frank takes the stress out of any long distance boat purchase and he knows how to check a boat out.

If you click on the above it has his phone contacts. Tell him you have been talking with Smoking Joe.

Old saying, act in haste repent at leisure. Any boat you are looking to purchase needs to have someone check out the transom and bearers/floor etc before any money changes hands. This advice is very important, can save you thousands of dollars..... I am a boat builder, I know....

Eric Froberg had an identical boat. It used to belong to Claud Tubiana of Plantation Key. The boat was payment by Sonic for the use of his 38' Coyote to pop the mold that became the 33' and up. The last time I saw it she was upside down in Eric's Shop - around 1996. I don't know of two flush mount 24's unless someone cut up a sport deck. This boat was set up for a single. All the other CC's were rigged with Gil brackets.

So the boat is in Miami and you think it's possible the guy selling it may be Cuban?? What are the chances

If it has a flat transom a Stainless Marine Bracket will fit right on, then you could put two of what ever you wanted on there.

Love it!!

All 24's were flat. If this is the boat I'm thinking it is, there is a 'one off' single motor well. I'm pretty sure Eric redid the transom on her. The stringers should be all glass - a stringer system with foam injected core.
