Default Pics of last winters Warlock upgrades....there were a lot!

Here's some pics of the work I did on my boat last winter. New Autometer gauges, replaced the B&M 250 blower with an M3 Procharger, installed an intercooler (and built the box that mounts the intercooler and the fuel/water seperator), full hyd. steering, completely new fuel system (C&S blow-thru carb, Areomotine fuel marine 1000 pump and filter, -10 feed with a -8 return...we bent and flared the -8 stainless hard line that goes from the regulator to the carb), Eddie Marine kplanes, gps speedo recall, etc... I had to make a new alternator bracket, add 2" to the sea pump bracket, move the p/s pump to the other side of the motor (thats the only bracket I bought that actually fit!). It was a fun project!

Thanks Johnny, it's not bad for the hull design (89 Warlock Euro 24). Its run a best mph of 85mph on gps and gets there in a hurry. The best money I spent was on the hyd. steering. It really did make the boat more manageable in the higher speeds. I'm done with the mechanical for the most part. I got into it pretty deep last winter. More than I had expected to. This winter will be new interior and carpet, detailing, turning up the boost from 6psi to 8psi, sending the bravo1 28p prop to Bblades to have it labbed and possibly install kplane indicators. Then hopefully I'll be able to leave it alone for awhile.

Looks good Mark..I'm still finishing a new motor and blown drive from last fall. Getting ready for exhaust now...looks like you had some Stainless welding to put yours together.
Do you have a contact for SS welding you can share?

thanks
Lane

No problem Lane. The guy that does all my welding is actually my roommate Scott. I live an Antioch, Ca. so we're not that far from eachother using Vasco Rd. I'll PM you his number or you can look him up through Zimmerman Motorsports on the web or on Facebook. He does everything from racecar fab, building engines to nitrous fills. His work is top notch!

Got it!...thanks
My boat is at Bethel so I'm used to that drive...
The old fella I used in Pleasant Hill Don Clar passed on...I'm told. Maybe you "guys" knew him- quite the fabricator- Justin Samberg is just down the street but doing production type work for LS6 conversions....
