i work on them for a living. i drive them all the time. nice trucks, quiet, quick, im just curious how well they are gonna hold up or what kind of stupid electronic problems we are gonna see with them. im never a fan of buying a first model anything. your the guinea pig

I will say this I test drove the brand new Chevy 1/2 ton very nice truck. However I would not buy the first year of the redesigned truck. They usually will have problems. Wait till next year. I would like to buy a Chevy truck in the next 2 years. Just not the first year of the redesign. For right now I have a 09 Chevy HHR which is way to small to tow my boat. I have my boat kept at a marina where they do in & out service. Yes it stays on the trailer covered up when I'm not using it. Anyways having a truck would be nice I can go to different lakes and rivers as well as bring it home to work on it.

Was immplying that nobody answered the question..... had 5 chevys and all ran great. Silverado is there best selling badge so no suprise they are selling well.
