The 6th Annual Lake Cumberland Thunder Run hosted by the Lake Cumberland Powerboat Club and Grider Hill Resort and Marina will take place June 27-28 2014, more info and details can be found at www.cumberlandpokerrun.com website updates being made daily. Rooms and boatels at Grider Hill will go fast so be sure to call Elizabeth at Grider Hill to make your room/ boatel reservations. Will post more info and details here as they are made. My wife and I have our room booked and can't wait. Justin answered all of our questions. We called Elizabeth at Grider Hill Marina and she took great care of us. We have 2 other couples going also and they got their rooms. Should be a blast. It will be our first time going. If anyone has any tips, we are all ears. Have a good night. Thanks Mark

Had a blast last year and can't wait till the end of June for our second run. Very nice group of people.

Looking forward to seeing everyone, I spoke to Elizabeth at Grider Hill and she informed me that the lodge at Grider Hill is sold out, and the camp grounds are completely full, and 5 boatels booked. She still has a handful of houseboats to rent as boatels or houseboats just specify to her if you are wanting it as a boatel on the party row or a houseboat. Also contact myself or Dan if you are interested in bringing your personal houseboat down to Grider or to discuss other lodging options. Finalizing more details this week and will post here, shaping up to be another great year for the Thunder Run.
