You might try your trailer manufacturer; I called Prestige trailers and they sent me a perfectly matched set to fit my 6 bunk trailer for $78 a few years ago. Really took the hassle out of the whole operation. Instead of installing the original lag screws in from the bottom, I countersunk some lag bolts in from the top-- sealed the countersunk bolt heads with silicon sealer, and used lock washer from the bottom then installed the carpet with stainless staples. It has lasted 6 years with no problems-- although I need to redo the carpet since I keep the boat in the lake and the AZ sun has started to trash the carpet. Joys of boat ownership..

I used this carpet:

http://www.boatcarpetcentral.com/premium-boat-carpet

Went with the 6 x 16 roll, had 3" x 12" x 10' to cover, so I needed more than 2' ft wide. I did not cover bottom of bunk on the vertical bunks, and only about half the bottom on the forward flat 2" x 6 " x 6'.

Invest in one of these if you don't have one already.

I used indoor outdoor carpet from Home Depot. I had them cut the carpet to the right width to wrap around the wood I was using, saved a lot of time and did a neat job keeping all strips straight and even.
