Default what kind of drive is this?

sorry for the blurry pic but this is all the guy sent me so far. It's on an older sonic with a 454 in it. Haven't really got any more details on it yet but just trying to figure out what all it's got so i can start to figure out what a fair offer would be

Marine Drive Systems(Sternpower) were made original in Edison NJ,,,, but then they seem to disappear a bunch of years ago.
Roger Munn did a lot of the work on the drives for them and ran a pair of the Speedmaster drives on his Jolly Roger red Magnum sport

sort of popular in the 70's. I once had one on a 24' Cheetah and saw them on a couple of older cig's "back in the day"
