Default Heritage tri axle trailer ??/

I've got a 99 tri axle heritage trailer made for a 33 baja. It has triple axle surge disc brakes. who makes the parts for these brakes... I can't find a name or part # on any of it. Also how do you grease these axles??? They don't have the hollow axle with the zerk on the end and it doesn't have bearing buddy's either....
