Default Blue marlin yacht sales / Leslie Bentley Miami

I purchased 2008 Donzi for full asking 11/5/2014 and got the story that the title was on the way
Just today the seller contacted me to inform me that Leslie Bentley (broker blue marlin yachts) never paid off the $119,000.00 loan
He was supposed be acting as escrow
I have no title as of 1/31/15
Beware of blue marlin yachts of Florida and Leslie Bently

Were you able to take delivery of the boat into your possession? Was there any disclosure of the outstanding lien amount?

if there is money still owed on a previus loan. Then legally you dont own it. Sorry but search national marine bill hionas. They will come get it....and it will be legal.

Yep, you need a lawyer involved as well as law enforcement; ASAP. Wire fraud is a federal offense.

If he's a real broker in Florida and he's dealing in vessels over 32' he's got to have a license through the Dept. of Professional Regulation. I would call them.

Here's his Linkedin https://www.linkedin.com/pub/leslie-bentley/63/367/ab0

Good luck
