Been discussed here more than once.
I wouldn't go down that road.

Yes. Built by xs power. I talked to a guy there once. Couldn't answer any of my questions and said he would get my answers. Never heard from him again nor did I ever get anyone to answer the phone again

IF your cheap header fails, you can use the money you saved as a start to a new motor. neat how that works huh?!?!

Back in the day you could get lightenings for about 1,100.00 a set for black. (1993). How times have changed. I certainly wouldn't want to be the first to try them out on new builds however wouldn't hesitate to throw on something that's not worthy. To bad they don't have a referral or customer database. Would like to dissect one.

I talked to them over 2 years ago but never brought this up until now - they were (XS Power) to send me a free set of Marine water jacketed headers to test, I was going to test them, CMI, GIL/ Merc and stock Merc on a 454 HO mag carb set up as I had a days worth to use on a dyno from a friend of mine. XS Power never sent them nor followed up with any info after our phone conversations plus they knew I was going to do a write up about the test and their headers. So for whatever that is worth as a no show might add to their storyline.

its like everything you get what you pay for when the word quality is involved. I can not see how they make much profit selling to a dealer to sell for 1250 to 1400 bucks and that dealers needs to make a profit as well. Something has to be cheapen up here.

Like BUP said you get what you pay for. These headers have to be made of all 304 ,or lesser material, cause 316 would be close to what the asking price is.
