Default Broken Whipple Pulley Studs

If anyone has had ongoing broken pulley studs, there is an extremely strong replacement part available from Whipple. I had several pulley stud failures until the pulley stud was replaced.. They would torque shear at the point where the stud emerges from the shaft. For those not familiar with the part, there is a venting passageway through the stud. The new one as you can see in the photo is longer and bottoms out in the shaft and is made of some kind of nice strong alloy. The black one in the photo is one made by ARP that still failed on my application. Wanted to post this as I have never seen this remedy posted on OSO. I kept two onboard just in case, but never needed them with the new ones. Think Whipple fixed a weak point with this part. I have the two extra studs if anyone needs them.
