Default Cmi air cylinders

Just purchased 4 used CMI 13365 silencers...and found out the air cylinders are defective.. I tried looking online for a replacement without going to the manufacturer @ 175-200 each
Anyone know of an aftermarket replacement??

Fix the ones you have. Take a little dish soap & work it into the cylinders. Work the cylinders back and forth. then hook them up to air and work them

The problem with the cylinders is a few leak out of the vent port and 2 others have cracks in the plastic end caps. Apparently the guy who owned these before tightened the brass fittings into the plastic to far and cracked them. Now when you tighten them the brass fitting hits the shaft. What a poor design for 200.00 a air cylinder. Should have been made out of all stainless.

I have a 4 used CMI 13305 4 1/2 silencers. All cylinders worked perfectly when I removed them from the boat. I'll sell them for $400 plus shipping.
