Default Tachs not getting signal from smartcraft

We just got my motors back in the boat and ran them for the first time, all fresh and had Mark Boos tune them.
They are 700 sci's the two round tachs are not working. My guess is they are not getting signal from the smartcraft because they tie into the smart craft box below the helm. The smartcraft screen tachs work fine.
When you key up a motor they will go to zero and then once you start them they will go to the 6 oclock position on the tach's and sit there.
Do I need to reset the settings for the smartcraft to send that signal out? or ?? Thanks any info would be helpful.

I had to send the computers back to be set properly. You can set them either way in the computers and he did not have them set for output to the tachs.
