Default Repowering..

I am currently pulling my 305/260hp out of my 2004 20' baja outlaw. I am looking to install a 350. The question I have is how do i know if the computer system on the old motor is compatible with the new one?

Thanks for any advice
Daryle

Im sure the tune in the ECM will be different going from a 305 cu in to a 350, sounds like the 350 is not complete drop in ?
