Default 525 EFI Replacement Spark Plug Wires Needed

I ordered sets of plug and play spark plug wires made by MSD for my 525 EFIs, engines are either 2004 or 2005 "1st Gen 525". MSD lists for all years 525/600/700 applications where ever you buy them. Needless to say the MSD wires are way too short, a foot + on some of the wires and the boots going on the coil packs are very small compared to the stock Merc Race Wires. I know there was a change in electronics placement from early and late 525s but do not know if it affects the spark plug wires. Anyone know where I can get plug and play wires, I do not want to custom build wire sets.

Thank you I'll keep your information, I was looking to replace and upgrade at the same time. Do you have any other choices? I'll get back with you if I cannot find anything.

quality wire sets from Magnecor possible give them a call as they can make them per your specs.

I'd just use stock Merc. You won't see anything extra from upgraded plug wires.

Update of an old thread*
the part number posted by diamond performance above is not the correct set for gen 1 525’s.
seems all the gen 1 sets are $160+
