Default Bravo 3 clunks when engaging in gear

My 2003 SeaRay 340DA has twin 8.1s with Bravo 3s. When I engage the starboard side, it is silent and smooth. When I engage the port, there is a small "clunk" similar to an older alpha drive sounding when it engages. The noise is not loud, and there is no vibration. The RPMs are identical. Any suggestions on what I can look at before I remove the drive ?

Thanks

Check the props and make sure they are both tight. The front one needs a big special wrench, the rear is 36 mm socket. They clunk when loose.
