Default 454 Flywheel

I am building a 454 for my boat, the original engine is 1989 454 with a Bravo 1 and is still in the boat running fine,. The engine I am putting together I want balance the rotating assembly, so I need a flywheel or take my current engine out which I don't want to do until the new engine is ready I have purchased a new HD drive coupler # 861523A11 My question is, the mercruiser flywheel is $400+ and a SFI rated Hays flywheel is something like $288 does anyone know if this coupler will bolt up to the Hays flywheel and what the difference's are if any?
Thx

The coupler will bolt right up the the Hays flywheel, the only difference is the Hays is a lot stronger. You can choose internal or external balance depending how you build your motor.

I'm running a hayes that was on the boat when I got it. Machine shop rebalanced it since I went to internal balance.
