Default Switchable Tips

Does anyone care to venture a guess as to what brand these tips are and if their any good?

Years ago I saw a DEA offshore boat operating out of Port Aransas Texas that had mufflers that looked alot like that. I sort of looked around and I couldn't see anything like them. Probably an older model of a newer style.

http://gaffrigperformance.com/ I had them in 1991 on my boat they were good mufflers at that time.

They worked pretty good so i pulled them off and put them in the garage.

Well I found some locally and for the 4 of them their pennies on the dollar. Maine has a 90db limit and pretty much everything I'm looking at doesnt have mufflers/silent choice ect ect; so I thought having them in stock wouldnt hurt. I could always sell them and at the very least break even..
