Wink Valve cover breathers Push in/Stack type???

Got new valve covers for my 434. 1- is a pcv necessary? 2- Can i run a good push in valve cover breather for both sides or is a screw down "stack type" necessary?

Previous setup from previous owner when motor was slightly more mild had a pcv on starboard and catch can/puke tank on port. would like to clean it up a bit with 2 good push in breathers.

would have them either dipped or powder coated. I have a set of Eddie Marine stacks but they seem like a real pain and bolt in through bottom. whats the odds of the bolt coming out and being sent through the motor till it stops?
