Default Minnesota To New Jersey Haul

Heading out Thursday afternoon to pick up my new to me 38 Lightning. Looking for any advice on the best route to take or what to avoid. Also wondering if it's worth getting an EZ Pass / I Pass transponder thing to speed up toll stops. Thanks.

Get the EZ Pass, you'll love it. Especially when pulling a trailer be it boat or other.

Where in NJ are you picking up the boat? If it is northern part, you could take 80 all the way across PA. If it is southern area maybe 76/70 would be the way to go

Brick, NJ. It's at the Marine Max dealer.

Depending on the time of day for your arrival/re-departure, you have 2 good options for lunch/happy hour within a stone throw. 1 waterfront right across the street, the other water view right across the river.

Thanks for the info guys. Trip ended up being a no go because the deal fell through and couldn't be saved. Oh well.
