Default Repair bad ECU V6 MPI PCM 555

Ecu from my engine is out of order. I still can read memory and fault codes , do diacom tests etc but no ignition. No spark at the plugs . I remplaced ECU from friend's engine, and it fired up right away. Can it be repaired ? Or someone has spare one?

It's a MOTOROLA ECM0402, serial 892204, 09-28-2004

Whipple can repair them depending on what's wrong with it. They fixed a broken pin in mine and it works fine now. If I remember right it was $400

they hate a big voltage spike as well.

You have little by little pry all around the case to get them to open. What are trying to do ?
