A couple of frends, fork lift, hand tools, catch pan for fluids, chains, adjustable engine spreader bar, heated work space, and a couple of six packs.

What transmission? If it has the Merctrans then remember to loosen the nuts on the tail of the trans from the outside of the boat after you pull the drive.

Offshore engine mounts ? Do u have ur engine alignment tool ? I usually check that after drives come off just to make sure it's all lined up, then loosen all the engine mount bolts and trans bolts. Then get her ready with the hoist and up she comes. If ya want, take engine hatch off oh yea and exhaust comes off

Those nuts on the end of the trans tail housing tighten a retainer which expands the rubber doughnut mount that holds it all tight in the gimble housing. That is your tail mount. Should only have your 2 engine mounts to loosen then.
