Looks more like a manifold then a header to me. .. and "the best" ..best how?

tubular manifolds and cast headers...yup, they both exist.

I did the research and everyone says they suck.

These are great headers. I ran these on one of my prior boats and am in the process of installing them on my Formula. Nice choice and good luck!
