Default Quick & Quiet Exhaust Issue

Have a 96 Baja 272 with Quick & Quiet exhaust. I have to keep reseting the reset button for it to operate. It only stays on about 5 seconds then blows the circuit. Any one had this issue or have a recommendation?

Thanks, Jim

the system is drawing too much current, to determine the problem unplug one of the swiching servos and try the system, if it pops the breaker unplug another as well and reset the breaker and try again, and so on, untill you find the servo that is malfunctioning, if they all get un pluged and it is still poping the breaker then a wire from the switch is grounded somewhere, give it a wirl,

most of the time it is either a loose ground wire are the connection at each Corsa solenoid is corroded, unplug the connection and check it out clean with contact cleaner, this will give you a voltage drop and will blow the breaker, good luck

Check the adjustment on the solenoid linkage. The solenoid is a 2 winding type. One uses high amperage to pull the plunger and lnkage in. The other one holds it in place. If the linkage is out of wack even a little bit, the solenoid stays on the pull winding, and will pop breakers.
