Default need advise on new prop

I recently purchased a 24 baja outlaw with a F.I 502 with a little work (?) i'm too easily hitting the rev-limiter at 5500 rpm, can anyone suggest a prop that would push more water without "lugging" motor, and at what rpm should i feel comfortable with the engine spinning W.O.T???
