I have seen people scrubbing their seats with Barbasol shaving cream. I don't know the chemical rational behind this but it seems to work.

Hope it works!

My son was using Scrubbing Bubbles Mildew stain remover on my vinyl to remove mildew. (I got this on my hatch cover when I had it at Milo for sale ) Thats another story but the first thing I did was grab the bottle to see if it was safe for vinyl. It said it was safe and it cleaned life you wouldn't believe. We did rinse it off with water but it cleaned great.

I had some really bad mildew on my engine cover last spring because of a leaking cover over the winter. My wife bought some mildew remover at a RV shop that really worked well. Can't remember the brand but they sell lots of this kind of thing there.

Try this..........I used it a couple of years ago (let it soak in & scrubbed it a but w/ a small brush)

2 years later, never came back - it's a good general purpose cleaner). It's called spray nine
