Default Stat Housing ???

I want to replace my stock housings with an aftermarkey one with some stainless lines to pretty up my ugly black motors. I want to keep the circulating pump and stat......cold water up here Who makes the best replacement??? I looked at the Cp performance one at $99 and the Eddie Marine at $120 with one stainless line....what do you think???? I like the pipe fitting attachments insted of the push over type so I'm leaning twards the EMI......Can post pics of yours??

I'm not sure I understand your question but I don't think those thermo housings are compatible with the recirculating pump. I believe they only work with crossovers and a bypass

If ya wanna make 'em purty you could paint 'em YELLA,,,,,,,,,,I know a guy with the paint code for a reeeeel purty shade of YELLA,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

The T stat housing on my '96 vintage 454 was stainless painted black. I used a die grinder to get most of the paint off and sanded and filed the rest.

It looked pretty good if you just want some thing shiny.
