Cabin Door alignment
Took the port side upolstry panels & console off. I've replaced the upper track with a new one using the same wood shim behind the track on the port side. The lower track seemed ok and straight with a continuous wood shim under it. All the rollers look good. Now if I screw in to the existing screw holes on the deck the door will only close 1/2 way and bind. If I remove the screws and slide the lower track aft the door slides fine, but doesnt line up with the door latch. And no room for the console lower mounting bracket. Were am I going wrong? Any suggestions?
Thanks for the help

Sherry needs a stinking door.....After about 3 more hours of fussin with it ...it works, now if it screws up again its gone. A vinyl flap works in my Warlock, and it'll work in this boat.

Yup. Mine's got a Sunbrella door, curtain, whatever you want to call it, and it works fine. I may build a door from Star Board though, just to see if I can actually MAKE something,,,,,,,
