Default Filter Mags?

I have read a few articles about the filtermag oil filter magnets...They sound like a really good idea. Has anyone used one and/or heard anything good/bad about them?

Thanks

I bought 3 about a year ago, the first time I did a oil change I cut the filters open to see inside, and I noticed a bunch of particles cllinging to the magnet, kinda felt like mud. The second change had just a slight amount, I change oil about every 20 hours and use fram filters. It definately can't hurt running with these things on.

It can't hurt. My Cummins diesel has magnets on the drain plugs. So does a Bravo drive. I bet you could just take the magnets out of some old speakers and put them on the filters, too for the same result.
