Switch, solenoid, wiring, battery, trim motor.
Go to the pump and cross the solenoid terminals and see if you can get it to move. That will at least rule out the battery and trim motor.

Had the same problem recently. Removed the hydraulic lines on the outside of the boat and had someone inside run the switch up and down. Replaced the lines and the drive started moving again. Apparently there was air in the "down" side of the rams.
Give it a try...cheaper than hiring a mechanic.
