My Insta-Trim hose is HUGE!!!

I started having leaking from my instatrim tabs both on the outside and on the inside under the hatch. I figured it was a hose clamp. After inspection, here's what I found. The hose is huge! Is this a damaged hose or if I replace it, is it just going to happen again? COULD IT BE THE RAM? Also, any idea where to get these parts?

Experts please!!

Looks like a bad hose to me, sometimes these deteriorate from the inside out, looks like it got weak in that area, and turned into a ballon
