Default Replacing anodes on alpha ss drive

Does anyone know if the same alpha sacrificial anodes work on the SS? And how many are there? I feel my SS drive may be missing some and would like to make sure I replace all of them. Thanks for any help.

Jim

The only ones I've seen are the trim tab above the prop, and some times there's one on the end of each hydraulic ram. And, if you have it, the Mercathode system on the bottom of the transom assy .

Thanks Iggy. From what I can tell, there is 1 on each of the hydraulic trim rams, the fin above the prop, and 2 button anodes on the gimbal housing. I didn't see anything on the cavitation plate which is were the mercathode would be? Any idea what the mercathode looks like? thanks again

How about the bearing carrier and the gimbal housing block? This may be a newbie question but how do you actually replace them? What tools are needed? Thanks

Err, they ah err, can't be replaced. How about I trade you a standard alpha drive with BRAND NEW zincs.
