Default 1 Trim Tab Not Working??

I have a set of single ram Insta Trim Tabs and only one seems to be working. They both run off the same pump assembly. Is there some type of valve inside the main pump assembly that may have gone bad?? Anyone run into this problem?? If so how did you resolve it.

Thanks

O.K. I still need some help! I just replaced the entire pump assembly and still have the same problem. I can hear the port side run when going up but when I go down I'm only hearing a click?? Could the switch be bad??

Sean, I got it! I thought maybe it was the switch after I replaced the pump assembly. But when I switched the wires it did the same thing. I called Insta Trim and told the guy there what it was doing and he right off the bat said the switch. I told him I changed the pump out and said everyone does that. I also told him I tried swapping wires to see if it was the other switch and it still didn't work. His response was did you hook all the wires back up?? I said no just the ones for the pump that wouldn't work. There in lies the problem. He was right bought another switch and we're in business. Oh well par for the course with boats. It always starts out being an easy fix and a few hundred later and lots of extra parts and the job is done! But boy all love it!!

Thanks again for all your help!
