Default Mercury HP525EFI Exhaust

What manufacturer does Mercury use for the exhaust on their HP525EFI motor?
I like the swept back design and long primary tubes.

Wette,
What do I refer to that style as what model?
What do you mean "they should be done soon"?
Is there a lead time?
Did you buy direct?
Can you share your pricing?
Thanks!
Russ

That is called sweeper exhaust by CMI. For a 598 you may want Sport Tubes. The exhaust on the 525 is proprietary to the 525 heads.

Rick,
Checked out your ad in the classifieds. Is that the going rate for Sport Tubes?

When I called CMI they said about 4,900.00 a set new, just like the ones that come on the merc 525.

Did I understand you correctly, the heads on the 525 are a special design and the pattern on the headers will only fit a 525?

I see the "E Tops" advertised for less than 2K. What is the difference between those and the ones that are $4900? Is there a performance difference?
