Default prop adapter?

So I bought a hydromotive prop the other day. Got it for a good price and was rather eager to try it out. The only problem is that I forgot to ask the shaft size! Doh! It's a 1.25" Xr shaft and I have the old 1" prop shaft. This isn't a problem with the flo-torque hubs because you can just change it out. But no! Hydromotive welds their hubs in! I know that we can cut the hub out and replace it, but now I own the prop and I still don't know if it'll work. Is anybody capable of making a adapter that could be used? Oh, and I need to use the prop ON the 31st.

Just sell it and get the correct prop. I don't think anything 1/8" or 1/16" thick would hold up, if they even make it. I doubt it.

Yea, that's what I concluded. Luckly, the sale was conditional on the prop "working". Sucks, because that prop had a really trick lab job on it.
