Transom Mounted 1 1/4 Pickup (pipe)
I bought a transom pickup and am installing it today my questions are about cutting it and water pressure. I am using a johnson crank pump and a sherwood strainer . I was told that the pickup needs to be cut off even with the bottom of the boat on a 3/8" taper will this produce alot of pressure to the pump at 70mph
