Sirius Antenna
How have you guys mounted your satelite radio antennas. I have a 32 fountain fever and was wondering the best place to drill a hole , or better yet any pictures of custom made brackets instead of drilling a hole.

YIKES!!!!! You do not need to drill a hole !!!! I called the local stereo shop and they recommended placing it in the cabin somewhere so it is directly under the deck in an area where it is all fiberglass above. The signal goes right thru the glass. I did it and it works fine. I made a small brkt and it is tight against the ceiling belowdecks.
PUT AWAY THE DRILL !!!
PUT AWAY THE DRILL !!!

Thanks man, I did not want to drill a hole. I can hide the antenna in the space behind my stereo. You said place it up against the glass? I have the Shakespeare Sirius SRA-30. Its a small dome about 3" dia.

Re: Sirius Antenna
I've got XM but same theories apply--my antenna is on a shelf in the cabin and it workd great. Get full signal stregnth almost everywhere. I've got antenna in my cars on dash--both work great. Don't bother with a fancy installation.
