31 with 500s

What kind of performance Can be expected with stock 500 efis in a 2001 31? Running 30 props I believe.

Thats what I thought. Owner says 100. Didnt seem possible with 500s and a 30 prop. Probaply need a 34 prop at red line for 100 with a 1.5 drive. What kind of approximate hp for 120mph 700?

I have 1.5 drive & turn stock 32 B1's 5800 puts me well over the 100 mark

I thought the revlimiter on the 500s was about 5300?

if this is the boat you're referring to, she runs 90 + my buddy Bill just picked her up, very nice boat , extremely clean.. 500efi's great time today ... a bit cold

Yes That is the boat. I drove that boat and and had a deposit on it to buy it. I just could not get over the size of the cockpit for the type of boating we do and backed out. Nice boat needs a little tlc but it was a great deal. Have you drove the boat?
