Is this boat new to you? new setup, motors, drives, etc...

What did the previous owner try?

What kind of power, and speed are you seeing?

Have you had a cat before?

What speed are you running when the hop happens? 4.25 above is VERY high imo. I agree with bobkats, we need more information. Do you have boxes? At 4+ above you better or I doubt you get on plane. Do me the video looks like it cant carry the bow. We need to know speed and setup. Post some pics.

Brian, I think this is the boat.

It looks like he's swinging a 3 blade. That might be the problem. A four or five blade surface prop might allow more bow lift. Correct me if I'm wrong

Looks like you have a 31 foot boat and need to get it to quit porposing at speed. I looked at your video and would offer a few sugestions. If you have tryed all the quick and easy solutions, then its time to step up and buy the extention boxes. You should work on the X dimention and consider 5 blade props. Gonna cost but you will get more speed and more stability in the end. This worked for me- James

i have tried a tab it didnt work. i am testing with the drives 2.25" above sunday. we will see how it goes. considering reducing prop size but 1/2"-1" to reduce transom lift but i dont want to increase slip.

What props are you running, 3,4,5 blades? Is your setup the one in the picture above SSM on boxes?

Besides the X being too high, most of your "issues" are with the prop. Do yourself a big big favor, call Brett and get dialed in.
