Most all the filling was right at the back near the transom.

I am very interested to hear the performance results. I have seen in other posts where with your props spinning in, it seemed as if one motor did all the work, I wonder if this was a hull issue causing prop slip. I have the same problem when spinning in. Also interested how removing the hook treats you. I have seen where most people warn against it, but it is usually in smaller boats. I wouldn't imagine this wouldn't affect you much, but that is what tabs are for if the bow starts flying. Speaking of bow flying, you may be able to get more trim out of it without porpoising. I know in the mid range, I would like to trim more, but it causes porpoising. Only cure is more throttle or less trim.
