Default Hammer Top Speed

A friend is looking at 2000 Baja Hammer. Its around 350HP. What are the typical speeds for this boat? I dont know all the particulars that will affect the speed just looking for some reference speeds.

Default Re: Hammer Top Speed

Too fast for the hull. Those boats are dangerous! I had a 24' H2X and in rough water they are horrible.
It would do about 70 on the speedo with 454mag. That's NOT GPS, so actually slower. I'll never own another boat with less than a 24 degree deadrise.
